East Surrey Acrobatics was formed in September 2014, working in partnership with the YMCA East Surrey. Taking over from the YMCA's existing recreational programme, East Surrey Acrobatics aim was to expand the gymnastics & trampolining programme enabling more children access to the sport across the Reigate & Redhill area.

Within the time the club has become a British Gymnastics affiliated club. This has also led to the creation of a competitive squad who participate in the Sports Acrobatics discipline. Within the 1st year of competition the club had produced South East Regional champions who have represented the club on a national level.

The club now has over 350 members who take part in weekly classes from the YMCA Sovereign centre, Reigate and YMCA Sports & Community centre, Redhill.
