All classes are ability run, starting in a class warm up followed by basic skill practice before splitting into further ability groups to work on the specific skills set for that week this enables gymnasts to progress quicker with closer attention techniques and personal development. Classes finish with fitness conditioning and stretching relevant to the gymnasts and vital for development.


Equipment; Trampette, vault and beam are all used as training aids to improve the overall ability of the gymnasts.


All classes following the British Gymnastic Award development award scheme allowing gymnasts to achieve and obtain badge and certificates as a visual record of their development.

Classes run from beginners to an advanced level.

Girls should wear the club leotard and have hair tied up in class. Boys should also be in the club leotard with shorts. No jewellery should be worn. Please see our club leotard under the uniform clothing section.


Gymnasts should arrive in suitable clothing they can warm up in leggings or jogging bottoms with a jumper and t-shirt if needed.
